- All prices are in Euro /night/apartment including bed linen, towels, energy and heating costs and final cleaning
- Visitor's tax is not included in the price: 3,00 Euro per person and night (children up to 14 years free)
- We provide you the free Skibus/Bus ticket Val Gardena Guest Pass for the whole stay (bus stop in front of the house)
- For stays of less than 3 nights the basic price will be increased
- Mtb and Biker Welcome: Garage for bike and motorbike
- Parking place/ garage free of charge
- The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the prepayment
- The total deposit will be retained in case of cancellation of the booking
